About Anthony’S Asian Cuisine

The moment dishes begin to arrive, the lively interplay of flavors typical of Filipino cuisine becomes immediately evident. Among the highlights, the balance of savory and tangy notes in traditional adobo draws particular attention, carrying a satisfying depth that resonates beyond the first bite. A glance through available Anthony’S Asian Cuisine photos hints at the careful presentation behind each plate, revealing bright, colorful ingredients that contrast the understated dining environment. The space itself, while modest and somewhat unassuming, encourages a casual, unhurried meal, where conversation flows easily amid a subtle background rhythm of soft music and distant chatter.

One facet that tends to surface in Anthony’S Asian Cuisine reviews relates to the attentive yet reserved nature of the service, which strikes a middle ground between efficiency and hospitality without becoming intrusive. The variety found on Anthony’S Asian Cuisine menu offers a fair mix of well-known staples and less familiar regional specialties, allowing for a glimpse into the diversity of Filipino fare while catering to varied palates. Some dishes might appear a bit heavy for those accustomed to lighter Asian preparations, but the portion sizes justify the pricing, reinforcing a sense of straightforward value. Occasionally, the tempo of service fluctuates slightly during busier hours, but it rarely detracts from the overall dining experience.

Beyond the confines of the restaurant itself, what lingers is a curious appreciation for a cuisine less frequently spotlighted amid Costa Rica’s diverse culinary landscape. The balance between traditional authenticity and approachable flavors seen here makes for a thoughtful journey through Philippine culinary culture. While Anthony’S Asian Cuisine restaurant doesn’t attempt overt fusion or refinement, its honesty and character appeal to those seeking a genuine, home-style meal away from the typical tourist routes. Such traits ensure that its presence enriches the local dining scene subtly yet meaningfully, inviting repeated visits from those drawn to explore the breadth of Asian-inspired offerings on display.

The lumpia or spring rolls is good. The sauce is amazing home made. Worth a stop. Filipino fusion in costa rica.

Very tasty Thai food! It is in a shared cafeteria that is covered by from the sun and rain, which is very useful during monsoon season! The family running the place is kind and gives very healthy portions! It’s a great value meal spot & would recommend anybody who is craving a spicy dish filled with flavour to go check them out!

I had a bubble tea, the vegetarian spring rolls and a veggie curry and ALL were absolutely delicious! The curry was made with fresh vegetables. All staff working there were super friendly and very accommodating. Probably the best food I had eaten in Tamarindo and lots of vegetarian/vegan choices.

You have to go here! The location is such a vibe in food trucks. The food was sensational. Snooky served us and she was so lovely. We enjoyed a wonderful chat with her. We ordered the Pad Thai and Chicken Fried rice and it was superb. Our taste buds were jumping for joy every bite. There is a great bar at the front too. Thank you Snooky for the amazing service and delicious food.

I ordered the pancit (Filipino noodle dish), but on the menu it’s called chop suey, and it didn’t disappoint. Snooky, one of the owners, recommended it and I’m glad I trusted her. Flavours were delicious and authentic, and well priced especially for the area. Will return to try other items on the menu. What a great find in Tamarindo!

Cute little no frills place in Tamarindo food court. I'm Filipino and didn't think I'd find Filipino food in Costa Rica! Well... More of a fusion. The pad Thai (6600 colones total) was yummy and the staff were friendly :) I'd get it again for a casual meal especially since everything in the surrounding areas were quite expensive.

Awesome place! Affordable and many vegetarian options. The woman recommended a simple noodles dish for picky year old daughter, and it was a big hit! We loved the pad Thai and veggie sushi too. Perfect take out place
